- What You’ll Be Doing
- Use your extensive knowledge of residential painting techniques to perform high‑quality interior and exterior painting on luxury homes.
- Expertly select, mix, and apply paints to various surfaces, using the right tools – brushes, sprayers, caulking guns, and more.
- Prep and inspect surfaces with care, ensuring all work meets our strict quality standards – the Mc Caffrey Way.
- Safely work from scaffolding and ladders, protecting clients’ homes and belongings while maintaining a clean, organized job site.
- Communicate respectfully with homeowners, colleagues, and other project stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and clarity on every project.
- Adhere to our company’s safety guidelines and follow all procedures in the Safety and Employee Handbooks.
- Tools Needed
- 5‑in‑1 tool
- Caulk guns, putty knives, scrapers
- Brushes – 2 ½” sash brush, 3” exterior latex brush
