The Role - (CET 3 overlap required)
We are hiring Performance Marketers to join a lean, high-impact growth team. You will work directly with senior leadership and take ownership of paid acquisition campaigns across multiple channels. This is a hands-on role focused on execution, testing, optimisation, and scaling campaigns with clear commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimise paid acquisition campaigns
- Manage and scale budgets across multiple channels
- Monitor and improve key metrics such as CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
- Develop and test creative strategies, including A/B testing
