Birchwell Associates is proud to be representing a leading HVAC services company based in Hounslow, currently looking to appoint an experienced Field Service Supervisor . This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically hands-on, F-Gas certified professional with a strong background in large heat pump or HVAC systems. The Role This is a key position within the service team, responsible for the day-to-day supervision and coordination of field engineers. Youll be involved in managing workloads, ensuring service quality, and supporting technical escalations all while remaining actively involved in the engineering side of the work.
