Birchwell Associates is recruiting a
Group Marketing Manager
for an established business group with interests across industrial distribution, e-commerce and hospitality. This is a varied role for a marketing leader who can build distinct strategies for different audiences while keeping a clear focus on commercial results. Based at the Middlesbrough head office, you'll lead an internal team and oversee campaigns across both B2B and consumer markets. The role
Develop and deliver marketing plans for multiple brands.
Lead digital activity across SEO, PPC, email and social media.
Plan trade shows, exhibitions and industry events to generate B2B leads.
Oversee content, advertising and promotional campaigns.
Analyse performance and improve return on marketing spend.
Mentor the internal team and manage external creative and PR partners.
About you
Around 3–5 years' experience in a marketing management role.
Strong digital marketing and campaign reporting skills.
The ability to adapt your approach to different brands and audiences.
Experience managing people, agencies and multiple projects.
Confident copywriting, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Able to work full time from the Middlesbrough office, with occasional travel.
Experience across both B2B and B2C marketing would be particularly valuable. E-commerce, hospitality or trade show experience would be an advantage.
