Our client is looking for a talented Full-Stack Developer with Shopify expertise to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
- Shopify Development & Optimization: Lead the development of the Shopify storefront using Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Shopify APIs.
- UX/UI Enhancements: Work on custom Shopify theme development and modifications, improving the user experience and conversion rates.
- Feature Implementation: Implement new features and functionality that streamline the customer journey.
- Third-Party Integration: Integrate third-party applications, APIs, and develop custom Shopify scripts such as Shopify Functions and GraphQL.
- Site Optimization: Enhance site performance, SEO, and Core Web Vitals to ensure a smooth, fast-loading site for users.
- Back-End Systems Integration: Manage integrations with inventory systems, payment gateways, and CRM platforms.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with teams across marketing, design, and operations to align on goals and drive e-commerce success.
- Troubleshooting & Debugging: Proactively identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring that the store operates smoothly.
Key Experience & Skills:
- Shopify Development: Strong experience with Shopify Plus, Liquid, and Shopify APIs (ideal).
- Front-End Development: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React or Vue.js.
- Theme Customization: Hands-on experience in Shopify theme customization and creating custom sections.
- Third-Party Integrations: Familiarity with the Shopify app ecosystem and integrating third-party APIs.
- Back-End Skills: Experience with Node.js, Ruby on Rails, or Python is beneficial.
- E-Commerce Knowledge: Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, CRO, and SEO principles.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with Headless Shopify (Hydrogen) or Shopify GraphQL API.
