We are seeking an experienced Lead Solar Installer to join a growing delivery team, helping to transform commercial parking spaces into renewable energy generation assets through the installation of cutting-edge solar canopy systems.
The Role
As Lead Solar Installer, you will play a key role in the planning, coordination and installation of commercial Solar PV systems while supporting site teams and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Installation of commercial Solar PV systems and associated equipment
- Leading and supporting installation teams on site
- Conducting toolbox talks and site briefings
- Reading and working from technical drawings and specifications
- Carrying out quality inspections and project documentation
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations
- Supporting commissioning and troubleshooting activities
- Liaising with project teams and stakeholders throughout project delivery
What We're Looking For

Experience required:
- Previous Solar PV installation experience

- Full UK Driving Licence
- Willingness to travel to project sites across the UK
- SSSTS, SMSTS or similar site management qualifications would be advantageous.
