Birchwell Associates is recruiting on behalf of an established electrical contractor looking to appoint a qualified Electrician to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced electrician seeking predominantly local work, a varied workload and long-term career development. The role covers a mixture of domestic, commercial and renewable energy projects, with Solar PV experience considered advantageous but not essential.
As a Qualified Electrician, you'll be responsible for carrying out electrical installations, inspection, testing, fault finding and maintenance to a consistently high standard. The business prides itself on quality workmanship, customer satisfaction and investing in its employees.
Essential Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation
- AM2 Qualification
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- 2391 Inspection & Testing
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable Skills
- Solar PV installation experience
- Battery storage installation experience
- EV charging installation experience
- Experience working across both domestic and commercial projects
