Birchwell Associates are working with a rapidly growing renewable energy business seeking a commercially focused Growth Marketing Manager to take ownership of marketing performance and lead generation activity. This is an opportunity to join a business at a genuine growth stage, with established sales channels, strong market demand and ambitious plans for expansion. We are looking for someone who can build, optimise and scale a marketing engine that delivers measurable commercial results.

The Role

This is not a traditional brand or content marketing position. You will be responsible for driving lead generation, improving conversion rates and building a scalable marketing function that directly impacts revenue growth.

Responsibilities include:

  • Auditing and optimising the end-to-end marketing funnel
  • Managing and improving Google Ads and paid search campaigns
  • Monitoring and improving lead quality, conversion rates and cost-per-acquisition
  • Implementing and managing CRM systems and automated workflows
  • Building reporting dashboards and pipeline visibility for leadership teams
  • Leading website optimisation and conversion improvement projects
  • Developing SEO and review generation strategies
  • Producing regular performance reports and marketing analysis
  • Supporting the development of sales collateral, case studies and marketing materials
