Birchwell Associates are working exclusively with a rapidly growing Electrical & Renewable Energy Installation company, specialising in both the Domestic and Commercial sectors. Following the award of several new contracts, our client is seeking a full-time qualified Electrician to join their expanding team.

The Role

• Deliver Solar PV and Battery Storage electrical installations

• Undertake a wide range of general electrical installation works

• Carry out Testing & Inspection activities, including Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs)

• Work in line with company Risk Assessments and Method Statements, ensuring health & safety compliance

• Commission and demonstrate systems to end users (training provided)

• Collaborate effectively within a team and support ad hoc business needs

• Report directly to Senior Management

The Person

• 18th Edition qualified Electrician

• Holds a full UK driving licence

• Professional attitude and approach to work

• Competent in Testing & Inspection and able to complete app-based test certificates and handover documentation

• 2391 (or equivalent) in Testing & Inspection desirable or willingness to achieve qualification

• Previous experience in Solar PV installations is highly advantageous

• Motivated, career-driven, and keen to progress within a growing business

• Willing to undergo a DBS check

• Experience with NIC/EIC compliance is desirable
