The business operates in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with a strong focus on user acquisition, monetisation, and continuous experimentation. Growth is a core function of the business, with significant investment in paid acquisition channels.
We are hiring Performance Marketers to join a lean, high-impact growth team. You will work directly with senior leadership and take ownership of paid acquisition campaigns across multiple channels. This is a hands-on role focused on execution, testing, optimisation, and scaling campaigns with clear commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, launch, and optimise paid acquisition campaigns
- Manage and scale budgets across multiple channels
- Monitor and improve key metrics such as CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
- Develop and test creative strategies, including A/B testing
- Conduct competitor research and identify new growth opportunities
- Work closely with creative and product teams to improve performance
- Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights
Experience across some or all of the following is beneficial:
- RTB platforms (e.g. TrafficJunky, ExoClick)
- Paid social (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)
- Other performance marketing channels
- Experience in performance marketing, paid acquisition, or growth roles
- Background in B2C, DTC, subscription, or app-based businesses
- Strong understanding of key performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, LTV)
- Experience managing budgets and optimising campaigns for profitability
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data
- Hands-on approach with a focus on execution
- DTC / subscription brands
- Dating, social, or consumer apps
- Gaming or high-growth SaaS platforms
- High-spend performance marketing environments
