We are recruiting on behalf of a leading organisation for a Lead Appian Consultant. This is a senior role providing technical leadership, hands-on Appian development, and team mentorship, delivering scalable and high-quality Appian solutions across multiple internal initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of Appian solutions.
- Translate business requirements into secure, maintainable applications.
- Set and uphold development standards and best practices.
- Mentor and coach Appian developers, building team capability.
- Support sprint planning, estimation, and delivery across projects.
Requirements
- 5+ years hands-on Appian experience (7+ years IT experience).
- Appian Certified Lead Developer (L3).
- Strong knowledge of SAIL interfaces, process models, records, integrations, and security.
- Agile/Scrum experience.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
Desirable
- Experience with DevOps/CI-CD, automated testing, or source control.
- Experience in regulated or data-sensitive sectors.
- Knowledge of AI/intelligent automation within Appian.
