About the Role:
Reporting into the Head of Continuous Improvement & Business Development, youll be working within a collaborative team responsible for designing, building, testing, and maintaining software products and services. You will engage with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure systems are user-focused, technically sound, and meet defined business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain bespoke software applications.

• Interpret business requirements into technical solutions and translate designs into high-quality code.

• Engage in project lifecycle activities including technical specification, documentation, and unit testing.

• Support continuous improvement through the development of scalable and maintainable software systems.

• Provide technical insight and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business needs.

• Troubleshoot and debug existing applications, ensuring reliability and performance.

• Automate development and deployment workflows using Azure DevOps Pipelines.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation including technical specifications and user guides.

• Contribute to the overall quality of solutions through best practices, code reviews, and testing protocols.

• Stay informed on emerging technologies and industry developments.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Proficient in C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).

• Strong understanding of modern software development tools, methodologies, and practices.

• Confident communicator with excellent collaboration skills.

• Analytical and methodical problem-solver with attention to detail.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
