Birchwell Associates are recruiting on behalf of a growing renewable energy and electrical contractor based in Ashford. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified electrician looking to work across a varied portfolio of domestic, commercial, industrial and renewable energy projects, including Solar PV installations and maintenance.
Working within a close-knit team, you'll play a key role in supporting the continued growth of the business while helping to deliver high-quality electrical and renewable energy solutions across the region.
The Role:- Electrical installation, maintenance and testing across commercial, industrial and domestic environments
- Solar PV installation and maintenance projects
- Fault finding, inspection and testing
- Working closely with a small team of electricians and apprentices
- Delivering high standards of workmanship and customer service
- Participation in a paid on-call rota (1 in 4 weekends)
- NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation
- AM2 Qualification
- 2391 Inspection & Testing
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Strong fault-finding and installation experience
- Commercial and industrial electrical experience desirable
- Solar PV experience advantageous but not essential
- Positive attitude and willingness to work across a variety of projects
- Salary up to £55,000 depending on experience
