We are seeking a dedicated professional Lifestyles and Well-being Lead to plan, deliver and evaluate the program of entertainment for residents in the home, including group activities, clubs, one-to-one interactions, special events and trips out of the home. Effectively support, supervise and direct Lifestyles and Activities Assistants in their role(s). Ensure effective use of resources and provision of items of interest for residents to interact with independently or supported by care colleagues outside of the planned program.
