Key Responsibilities:- Provide leadership and direction to the care team in the home to ensure that residents are supported to live in a safe and caring and stimulating environment.
- Conduct and record supervisions and appraisals with care team, setting and reviewing suitable objectives for development.
- Support with the ongoing development of the care team, including acting as a mentor to home employed care staff.
