Birchrose Associates is representing a well-established London law firm, in the search for a Document Production Specialist to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
The successful Document Production Specialist will provide high-quality document production support across multiple practice areas, delivering accurate and professional documentation to fee earners and business support teams. Duties will include:
- Producing, amending and formatting complex legal documents, correspondence, reports and agreements
- Proofreading documents to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Applying firm branding and formatting standards across all documentation
- Creating and maintaining document templates
- Producing document comparisons and managing track changes
- Troubleshooting formatting issues and resolving document-related queries
- Supporting fee earners and business services teams with urgent document production requests
This Document Production Specialist position is a full time, 12 Month fixed-term role, working remotely Monday - Friday, 9:30am - 5:30pm.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years previous experience as a Document Production Specialist within a law firm
- Must have excellent attention to detail
- Strong typing skills
