Birchrose Associates is seeking an experienced Property Paralegal to support the Partners and the property team on an ongoing temporary basis in a well-regarded law firm.
The role encompasses residential and commercial property work, including preparing and submitting Land Registry applications, SDLT returns, document drafting, diary management and general file work, with a standard 9:30am–5:30pm, Monday–Friday schedule.
