Birchrose Associates are a highly successful legal recruitment business that has established an enviable reputation as an employer of choice across the UK and US markets. Part of the Huntress Group, the team have ambitious plans to continue their expansion and diversify further into geographies and specialisms within the legal sector.

As a result of the team's success, we are now looking to hire an ambitious Talent Acquisition Specialist who will play a key role in hiring the stars of the future. This newly created role will be pivotal to the business's long term growth plans.

Working alongside the CEO and Director of Birchrose, the successful person will be responsible for resourcing external talent for the UK and US teams, all based from its Head Office in Central London.

Key Responsibilities will include:
  • Working with Senior Management in identifying the key strategic hires and creating talent profiles
  • Develop sustainable hiring plans for attracting trainees through to experienced hires
  • Target and headhunt senior roles through tools such as LinkedIn
  • Build marketing campaigns to attract trainees / graduates
  • Proactively build talent pools for strategic areas of legal recruitment
  • Work closely with all team members to understand the unique culture
  • Design and execute employer branding activities working with employees to be ambassadors

This opportunity is initially a 6 month contract but due to the transformative and integral nature of the role has the possibility of being long term based on the success and results of the team and successful person.
