The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced legal recruitment professional to play a key role in shaping the firm's international lateral hiring strategy. Duties will include:
- Partnering with Practice Group Leaders and senior stakeholders to deliver strategic lateral associate and partner recruitment across international offices.
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, market mapping, candidate engagement, interview coordination, offer management and onboarding.
- Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines while acting as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Conducting due diligence on prospective lateral hires and collaborating with HR, Attorney Development, Marketing and Business Development teams to support talent attraction and integration initiatives.
This International Lateral Attorney & Partner Recruitment Manager opportunity is a full-time permanent position based in London, working 9:30am to 5:30pm.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
- Significant experience within legal recruitment, with a strong focus on lateral associate and/or partner recruitment
- Previous experience gained within a law firm, legal services business or specialist legal recruitment environment
