Opportunity for a Real Estate Disputes Associate to join a Legal 500 ranked team at a well-established London law firm.

The firm acts for an impressive client base ranging from major institutions and recognised brands through to SMEs, entrepreneurs and high net worth individuals. The Real Estate team is recognised in the Legal 500 across Commercial Property, Property Finance and Property Litigation, advising clients on a broad range of complex and high-profile real estate disputes.
The firm is now seeking an experienced Mid-Level Associate to join its well-regarded Real Estate Disputes team. Working closely with experienced Partners, this is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Associate seeking high-quality work, exceptional client exposure and outstanding mentoring from the outset.
The role will involve advising on:
- Commercial and residential real estate disputes
- Landlord and tenant matters, including lease renewals, forfeiture and rent arrears
- Development disputes, breaches of contract and dilapidations claims
- Boundary, rights of light, party wall and adverse possession disputes
- Service charge and overage disputes
- Building Safety Act claims
- Telecommunications Code matters
- Collective enfranchisement and lease extension claims
- Mediation, arbitration and litigation across the County Court, High Court and specialist Property Tribunals
Required:
- UK qualified Solicitor with 3 - 6 years' PQE
- Experience in Real Estate Disputes gained at a respected City, West End or strong regional firm
- A genuine interest in developing a long-term career in Real Estate Disputes
