The team is particularly well known for delivering technically strong, partner-led advice on complex wealth and succession planning matters.
Our client is seeking a Newly Qualified Private Client Solicitor to join its established London team. Working closely with recognised practitioners in the market, the successful individual will gain exposure to a broad range of UK and cross-border private client matters. The role will include:
- UK personal tax and estate planning advice for UK-based and international individuals
- Advising on wills, trusts and wider wealth-holding structures
- Assisting with succession and trust planning matters
- Supporting on complex cross-border private wealth matters
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, alongside contributing to wider business development initiatives
This opportunity would suit a strong trainee or newly qualified solicitor with experience gained in a respected private client team and a genuine interest in advising high-net-worth individuals on sophisticated wealth structuring and succession planning matters.
Required:
- Due to qualify in England & Wales in September 2026
- At least 1 seat spent in a reputable Private Client team
- Strong academics and excellent drafting skills
