Opportunity for a Patent Litigation Associate to join a leading international Law Firm with their highly regarded Life Sciences practice.

The team is recognised for its expertise in high-value patent litigation and contentious intellectual property matters, particularly within the life sciences sector. The firm is now seeking a mid-level IP Life Sciences Associate or a Patent Attorney to join its London team as part of its continued growth.
This role offers the opportunity to work on complex and high-profile patent disputes, representing clients before major institutions such as the UK Patents Court and the European Patent Office, on matters relating to FRAND, life sciences and technology.
The role will involve:
- Advising on complex patent litigation matters within the life sciences sector
- Managing and supporting multi-jurisdictional patent disputes
Required:
- UK qualified Solicitor OR Chartered Patent Attorney with 2 - 5 years' PQE
- Proven experience handling complex life sciences patent litigation in the UK and across multiple jurisdictions
- Degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Microbiology, Molecular and/or Cellular Biology, or a related scientific discipline preferred
- Oxford Postgraduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Law and Practice is preferred
- Strong technical knowledge of intellectual property law
- Experience gained within a comparable law firm
- Excellent academic credentials
