The opportunity is for a Senior Associate to join its growing Commercial Real Estate team. The new hire will work closely with a highly respected Partner. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious senior associate seeking high-quality work, genuine responsibility and a clear long-term pathway toward Partnership within a lean and supportive team structure.
The role will involve:
- Advising clients on day-to-day landlord and tenant matters across large commercial property portfolios
- Acting on acquisitions, disposals and refinancing transactions
- Advising property companies and high net worth individuals on a range of commercial real estate matters
- Handling commercial and mixed-use development work including site acquisitions, development set-up and disposal of units
- Working closely with clients across sectors including retail, hospitality, leisure, office, industrial, residential and student housing
Required:
- UK qualified Solicitor with 5 - 8 years’ PQE
- Experience in Commercial Real Estate gained at a respected City, West End or strong regional firm
