Opportunity for a Real Estate Solicitor (2-4 PQE) to join a leading Top 30 Law firm.

The Firm

Our client is a leading Top 30 UK law firm with an outstanding reputation. The firm’s Real Estate Department – one of the largest and most diverse in London – is Legal 500 ranked for both Real Estate Development and Real Estate Investment.

The Opportunity

The role is specifically real estate development and investment focused, and is a growth hire in light of multiple senior appointments over the last 6-12 months.

The successful applicant will work closely with a number of well-respected Real Estate Partners in the development and investment space, meaning exceptional exposure to high-quality, high-value work.

The team work on a broad range of matters including the acquisition/disposal of investment property, complex large-scale development work, and lease negotiations on behalf of landlords and tenants.

Requirements

• 2-4 years’ PQE gained in commercial real estate from a leading, recognised law firm
• Experience in real estate development and investment matters
• Excellent academic record
• Strong technical knowledge and analytical skills
• An interest in business development and marketing activities
