Property Litigation Solicitor (Senior Associate) with 5+ years’ PQE sought for Top 100 law firm

The Role

Due to growth, our client, a Top 100 law firm is looking to make a senior strategic hire into their L500 ranked Property Litigation team.

This role will see you handling a range of commercial and residential property dispute matters including:

  • Boundary disputes
  • Joint ownership issues
  • Rights over land
  • Recovering rents, debts, damages and compensation

The successful candidate will be joining a full-service Real Estate team, in a long-standing period of growth and success. Our client is looking for someone who can contribute directly to their continued growth – the firm value fresh perspectives and fosters an environment where every voice is genuinely welcomed.

Requirements

  • Qualified Property Litigation Solicitor with at least 5 years’ PQE
  • Experience gained from a reputable London law firm
  • The ability to demonstrate an interest in and previous participation in business development
