The Firm
Our client is a well-established boutique London law firm with a strong reputation in the property litigation space. The firm is looking for an experienced Property Litigation Locum to support its existing team for a 3 - 6-month period.
The Opportunity
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Property Litigation professional who is confident managing a varied caseload. Duties will include:
- Manage a varied caseload of commercial and residential property litigation matters
- Advise clients across a range of property-related disputes
- Handle matters independently from initial instruction through to resolution
- Provide clear, practical and commercially focused advice to clients
- Maintain accurate files and ensure matters progress efficiently
- Manage competing priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision
- Work alongside a team of three Lawyers and Administrators
- Utilise LEAP as the firm's case management system
This Property Litigation Locum position is available on a 3 – 6-month basis. The successful candidate will work 3 - 4 days per week on a fully remote basis.
Requirements
- Strong experience across commercial and residential property litigation
- Available to start within the next four weeks
- Experience using LEAP would be advantageous
