Post Completion Paralegal

The Firm Our client, a Commercial law firm based in the West End are seeking a Post Completion Paralegal to join their busy team. The Opportunity The successful Post Completion Paralegal will be a highly organised and diligent individual who has excellent attention to detail. You will need to have a positive \”can do\” attitude and maintain a friendly and professional attitude within the firm. Duties to include: Completing and submitting Stamp Duty Land Tax forms Setting up Stamp Duty Land Tax payments Completing and submitting Land Registry applications Liaising with fee earners to address Land Registry requisitions Obtaining policy certificates Drafting letters to lenders to notify of completion of registration Scanning documents Renewing land registry priority searches General support to the conveyancing departmentThis Post Completion Paralegal is a full time, permanent role, working Monday – Friday, 9:30am -5:30pm Requirements Must have Post Completion experience within a law firm (essential)Vacancy Highlights Hybrid working (2 days working from home) Excellent benefits packageTo be considered for this opportunity please contact Birchrose Associates for a confidential discussion.
