The Firm Our client is a well-established commercial property law firm advising on a range of property matters, including development and commercial real estate. The Opportunity This is an opportunity for an experienced Plot Sales Paralegal to join a busy property team, assisting with plot sales transactions from instruction through to completion. Duties will include: Managing plot sales transactions from initial instruction through to completion Preparing contracts, transfers, leases and other legal documentation Liaising with developers, purchasers' solicitors and other parties Responding to enquiries and progressing transactions Coordinating exchanges and completions Maintaining accurate files and keeping clients updated Providing support to fee earners and the wider property team as requiredThis Plot Sales Paralegal position is a full-time, permanent role, working Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm Requirements Previous Plot Sales Paralegal experience within a law firm is essential Excellent organisational and time management skills Strong attention to detail and communication skills Ability to manage a busy workload and meet deadlinesVacancy Highlights Established specialist commercial property law firm Hybrid working To be considered for this Plot Sales Paralegal opportunity, please contact Birchrose Associates for a confidential discussion.
