Opportunity for a Non-Contentious Construction NQ Solicitor to join a leading London law firm with a highly regarded construction practice. The firm has an outstanding reputation in the real estate sector, with a client base that includes real estate funds, property companies, developers, investors, entrepreneurs, and high net worth individuals. They have one of the largest dedicated real estate practices in the London market and are renowned for their Partner-led service.

The team specialises exclusively in non-contentious construction work and advises on a broad range of complex and high-value development schemes including retail development, out-of-town regeneration, living sector schemes, logistic projects, and private residences. The team is now looking to hire a Newly Qualified Solicitor, including September 2026 qualifiers, due to continued growth and a consistently busy workload.

The role will involve:

  • Assisting on a wide range of non-contentious construction matters
