Build something exceptional with Birchrose Associates.
When Birchrose Associates was founded, we set out to do legal recruitment differently.
We built our reputation by becoming genuine specialists, developing long-term relationships with leading law firms and delivering a level of service founded on expertise, integrity and trust.
Today, we're an established name in the UK legal recruitment market and, following the successful launch of our U.
S. division last summer, we're continuing to grow.
This isn't about stepping into an established desk.
It's an opportunity to help shape the future of our U.
S. practice, working in one of the most exciting and rewarding legal recruitment markets in the world.
Why Birchrose?
At Birchrose, we're ambitious without compromising our values.
We believe the best recruiters become trusted advisers by building lasting relationships and delivering an exceptional experience for clients and candidates.
You'll receive hands-on training and guidance from an experienced leader who has personally worked within U.
S. law firms, before gradually taking ownership of your own desk.
All of this is backed by an established brand, with a successful UK division, and a genuinely supportive team.
We encourage people to bring their own style, ideas and strengths, because we know there is no single formula for success.
If you're looking for a place where you can develop your career, make a real impact and enjoy working with talented, down-to-earth colleagues, we'd love to talk to you.
The Opportunity
Our U. S. legal division is growing rapidly, creating an exciting opportunity to join the team at an early stage.
You'll build relationships with leading U.

The U. S. legal market offers exceptional earning potential, and you'll be supported with the training, tools and guidance needed to build a successful, long-term career.
Working in the U. S.
Our core hours are
10am-7pm , although the nature of the U.
S. market means there will be occasions when you'll take calls later in the evening to get a deal over the line.
It requires flexibility and commitment, but the rewards - both financially and professionally - are exceptional.
You'll be based in our beautiful offices at Temple Chambers in the heart of London, working from the office three days a week and remotely for two.
- We're looking for someone who
- Is ambitious, resilient and excited by the opportunity to build something exceptional
- Enjoys speaking to people and building genuine relationships
- Has the confidence to create opportunities rather than wait for them
- Is commercially minded and motivated by success and reward
- Brings energy, initiative and a strong work ethic every day
Previous recruitment experience is welcome, but it's not essential.
We'd also love to hear from people with a strong background in sales, business development or client-facing roles.
