The team is recognised for advising on a broad range of technology and telecoms-focused commercial matters. The firm is now seeking a mid-level Technology Transactions Associate to join the London team as part of its continued growth. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile and cutting-edge technology matters within a highly regarded and supportive team environment.
The role will involve:
- Advising on a wide range of technology and telecoms transactions
- Drafting and negotiating SaaS/cloud, software licensing, support and development agreements
- Advising on outsourcing and systems implementation projects
- Supporting clients on AI and emerging technology matters
- Advising on key contractual and commercial issues including warranties, indemnities, liability frameworks, SLAs, change control and exit arrangements
- Collaborating closely with colleagues across specialist practice areas
Required:
- UK qualified Solicitor with 3 – 5 years' PQE
- Experience gained within a leading law firm or in-house legal team focused on technology transactions
- Strong experience advising on commercial technology projects including cloud/SaaS, outsourcing, telecoms, software development and licensing matters
- Strong understanding of the legal and commercial issues underpinning technology contracts
- Solid academic background
