Opportunity for a Commercial Solicitor to join a Top Tier International Law Firm, specialising in Retail, Consumer & Hotels.
The firm is a leading international law firm with a standout global reputation across retail, consumer brands, hospitality, and leisure. The team supports some of the most recognisable names in the sector, from luxury brands to global hotel groups, helping them navigate the commercial, regulatory, and strategic issues shaping the consumer landscape.
Their commercial practice operates at the crossroads of brand, digital, customer experience, and innovation, guiding clients through partnerships, supply chain arrangements, digital transformation, and commercial risk.
The role involves working closely with market-leading partners and includes a broad mix of high-value and business-critical commercial matters, including:
- Drafting and negotiating supply, distribution, franchising, and manufacturing agreements
- Advising on digital retail, ecommerce, loyalty, and customer engagement platforms
- Supporting global hotel and hospitality brands on commercial contracts and operational arrangements
- Assisting with consumer law, regulatory compliance, and product/brand risk management
- Working on cross-border projects for multinational retail and hotel groups
Required:
- Commercial Solicitor with 3–5 years’ PQE
- Experience gained from a leading City or international firm
- Strong commercial contracting experience, ideally with exposure to retail, consumer or hospitality clients
- Comfortable managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects
- Solid understanding of consumer law, commercial risk, and sector-specific regulatory frameworks
