Private Client Associate (NQ) sought for Leading International Law Firm, working in their Legal 500 Tier 1 Private Client department.
The firm is a top-ranking international law firm with a longstanding reputation for advising high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners on complex private client and tax matters across multiple jurisdictions. The firm operates across Europe, the US and Asia, and is widely recognised as the leading global private client practice. Their client base includes entrepreneurs, family offices, founders, senior executives, and some of the world’s wealthiest individuals.
The role involves joining a market-leading team, handling a varied caseload of UK and international private client matters, with a bias towards domestic work:
- UK personal tax and estate planning for international and UK-based clients
- Advising on wills, trusts, partnerships, companies and family structures
- Providing structuring advice to settlors, trustees, and beneficiaries
- Supporting high-value cross-border matters and trust reorganisations
- Contributing to ongoing business development with both domestic and international clients
Required qualifications include:
- Due to qualify in England & Wales in March 2026 (qualification from September 2025 potentially considered)
- At least 1 seat spent in a reputable Private Client team
- Strong academics and excellent drafting skills
- A collaborative, proactive approach and commercial mindset
