The Firm

Our client is a leading international law firm with an excellent reputation in dispute resolution, seeking an Executive Assistant to join their Baker Street office.

The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support the Managing Partner of the Disputes Group. This is a senior, high-profile Executive Assistant role offering excellent exposure within the firm and the chance to work closely with a key leader in the practice.

The successful Executive Assistant will be confident, proactive, and highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role requires someone who can operate autonomously, anticipate needs, and ensure the Managing Partner is fully supported behind the scenes.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as a professional ambassador for the Managing Partner, managing complex diaries, inboxes, travel, and meeting schedules
  • Proactively managing workflow, priorities, and deadlines to ensure the smooth running of the partner’s practice
  • Taking ownership of billing processes, WIP management, compliance, and unpaid bills
  • Building a strong working relationship with the Managing Partner through regular communication and a deep understanding of their practice and clients
  • Supporting business development and marketing activity, including liaising with clients and external contacts, and coordinating events, seminars, and conferences

This Executive Assistant position is a full time, permanent role, working Monday - Friday, 9:30am - 5:30pm.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Legal PA or Executive Assistant within a law firm
  • Proven experience supporting Partners within a Dispute Resolution or Litigation team (essential)
