The Opportunity
Due to continued growth, my client is looking to hire an experienced Insolvency Solicitor to join their Legal 500 ranked Insolvency team. The work is genuinely varied, covering both personal and corporate insolvency matters, with a strong lean towards contentious work (but also to include some advisory and transactional workstreams). The caseload will include administration appointments, security reviews, business sales, bankruptcy petitions, transactions at undervalue, preferences, misfeasance and directors' loan accounts. The team have a diverse client base, including insolvency practitioners, banks, lenders, investors, directors, companies and individuals.

Requirements
- 3-5 years' PQE (flexible for the right person)
- Strong experience across both contentious and non-contentious insolvency matters
- Excellent working knowledge of the Insolvency Act 1986, Insolvency Rules 2016, and Companies Act 2006
- Experience advising on a range of corporate and personal insolvency matters
