Our client, a dynamic and highly regarded London law firm, is seeking a Cashier Manager to lead their legal cashier team.

The Opportunity

The firm is seeking an experienced Cashier Manager to join their busy Finance team in London. This is a senior-level position responsible for overseeing key financial operations, ensuring compliance with Solicitors Accounts Rules and managing a small cashiering team.

Duties will include:

  • Overseeing daily bank reconciliations, payments, transfers, CHAPS and month-end processes
  • Managing SAP Concur, Aderant AP workflows and disbursement processes
  • Supporting SRA audit processes, VAT returns and compliance reporting
  • Supervising and developing junior team members, conducting appraisals and delegating workloads effectively
  • Managing the cashier inbox, resolving financial discrepancies and ensuring efficient financial operations across the firm

This Cashier Manager position is a full-time, permanent role, working Monday - Friday, 9:30am - 5:30pm.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ legal cashiering experience within a law firm
  • Previous supervisory or management experience within a finance team
