Our client, a highly regarded law firm specialising in the media and creative industries, is seeking an experienced Senior BD & Marketing Executive to join its London team on a Fixed-term contract.

The firm advises a diverse client base across the sector, supporting clients with their commercial and creative objectives. The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced BD and Marketing professional to play a key role in supporting the firm's wider growth and client development initiatives. Reporting directly to the Head of BD & Marketing and working as part of a team of three, the successful candidate will work closely with Partners, lawyers and other senior stakeholders across a varied mix of business development, events and marketing activity.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working closely with Partners and fee earners to coordinate and progress ongoing client development and BD initiatives
- Supporting the production and delivery of pitch materials, capability statements and other client-facing documents
- Taking responsibility for keeping internal client and business development data accurate and up to date
- Coordinating the end-to-end delivery of client-facing events, seminars and other firm initiatives
- Liaising with external suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of events
- Managing event communications, including guest lists, invitations, responses and attendee information
- Reviewing event outcomes and coordinating relevant follow-up activity following completion
- Assisting with the firm's digital marketing activity, including the distribution and promotion of content
- Maintaining and refreshing content across the firm's website and social media platforms
- Creating and updating presentations, promotional materials and other marketing collateral
- Developing effective relationships across the business and providing responsive BD and Marketing support to senior stakeholders
Requirements
- Previous experience within a Business Development and/or Marketing role
- Experience working within a legal or professional services environment
- Experience with Vuture/Canva or similar marketing platforms would be advantageous
