Birchrose Associates are working on an attractive new opportunity for a Locum Planning Solicitor or Legal Executive to assist within an excellent L500 law firm on a remote basis.

The Opportunity

We are partnering with a well-regarded, L500 practice to source a Locum Planning Solicitor or Legal Executive to assist whilst they recruit on a permanent basis. The role is offered on a remote working basis, following an initial few days in the office to complete inductions and meet the team. This assignment is to start in the next few weeks with an expected duration of 3 - 6 months, with potential to extend beyond this point. The locum would ideally be available to assist on a minimum of 3 days per week, with part time and full time candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • The successful Locum will manage a broad caseload of contentious and non-contentious planning matters.
  • The locum will benefit from secretarial support.

  • At least 3 years' experience as a Locum Planning Solicitor or Legal Executive - this experience can be gained in either private practice or public sector roles
