Birchrose Associates are recruiting for an attractive new opportunity for a Locum Family Solicitor or Legal Executive with Legal Aid Supervisor status to assist within a leading L500 law firm.
The Opportunity
We are partnering with a London based leading L500 practice to recruit for a Locum Family Solicitor or Legal Executive. The successful candidate must have Legal Aid Supervisor status. The role is offered on a hybrid working basis, with a 50/50 split between remote working in the office.
This attractive new assignment is to start ASAP with an expected duration of 3 months, with potential to extend beyond this point. The ideal candidate will be working full time hours within this locum role, however the firm can consider candidates seeking part time hours, working a minimum of 3 days per week.
Responsibilities
The successful Locum will manage a broad family and childcare caseload to include:
- Private and public family law matters
- Public children law work
- Care matters
- The locum will benefit from secretarial support. Conducting your own advocacy is not required within this role.
