Birchrose Associates is representing a law firm in the South East of England seeking a Locum Commercial Solicitor for a period of 3 - 6 months.
The Opportunity
Our client, a long-standing, L500 ranked traditional law firm with a respected presence, is seeking a Locum Commercial Solicitor for a 3 - 6 month period. This is a hybrid opportunity and both full time and part time hours will be considered.
Responsibilities
The successful Locum Commercial Solicitor will assume responsibility for managing a varied and high-quality commercial caseload, with a particular focus on Commercial Technology. You can expect the caseload to entail:
- Commercial and technology contracts and agreements
- Corporate support on large-scale transactions and asset sales/purchases
- Contracts across all levels of the supply chain
- Licensing, finance leasing, and franchising arrangements
- Regulatory and legislative commercial issues
- Competition law matters (UK and European, where relevant)
