Job Description
Birchrose Associates is representing a law firm in the South West of England seeking a Locum Commercial Property Solicitor for a period of 4 – 6 months.
The Opportunity
Our client is a long-established, Legal 500-ranked law firm with a strong regional presence and multiple offices.
To cover a period of permanent recruitment, the firm is seeking a Locum Commercial Property Solicitor for a 4 – 6 month period.
This is a full time opportunity (37.5 hours). However, hybrid and part-time workers (30 hours per week) may be considered.
The majority of the role can be worked remotely, with occasional office presence.
Responsibilities
- The successful Locum Commercial Property Solicitor will take responsibility for managing a varied commercial property caseload, advising clients on a broad range of transactional property matters, such as:
- Commercial sales and acquisitions
- Commercial leases, including drafting, negotiating, and assignments
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Property finance and refinancing
- General commercial property support for business clients
