The Opportunity
Our client, an impressive, full-service L500 law firm is seeking a Locum Agriculture Solicitor to assist whilst they are recruiting on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have availability to start a new role at short notice and able to commit to a new assignment for 3 months +.
This role can be completed on a fully remote working basis, except for the first day where office attendance is preferred. The firm are happy to consider candidates seeking full time or part time hours.
Responsibilities
The Locum Agriculture Solicitor will assume responsibility for a busy caseload consisting of a range of matters to include:
- Sales and purchases of Agricultural Land, including at auctions
- Agricultural Easements
- Agricultural Development
- Farm Leases and Partitioning
- Land Registry matters
