The Opportunity
Our client is a long-established, Legal 500-recognised regional law firm with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, commercially focused legal advice. The firm is seeking a Locum Agricultural Property Solicitor to join the team for an initial period of 3 months. Part-time and fully remote arrangements will also be considered.
Responsibilities
The successful Locum Agricultural Property Solicitor will manage a varied caseload within a well-regarded, Legal 500-ranked agricultural and rural property team. You can expect to advise on:
- Sales and purchases of agricultural land, farms and rural property
- Agricultural tenancies (AHA and FBT) and rural lease arrangements
- Easements, rights of way, overage and boundary matters
- Farm business structures, refinancing and secured lending
