The Opportunity The successful Legal Secretary will provide high-quality secretarial and administrative support to the Commercial Property team. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a dynamic group of lawyers on high-profile real estate matters, gaining exposure to a wide range of clients and transactions. Duties to include: Managing and prioritising busy diaries, inboxes, travel arrangements, and meeting schedules Coordinating client meetings, preparing agendas, materials, and presentations Acting as a professional first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders Supporting team billing and financial administration processes Managing client and matter opening, electronic filing, and document management Preparing, editing, and proofreading correspondence, legal documents, and presentations Using property-specific systems to obtain official copies, provide search results, and prepare post-completion biblesThis Legal Secretary opportunity, is a full-time, permanent role and working Monday – Friday, 9.30am – 5.30pm.
