About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Legal Resourcer to support our US legal recruitment operations. This can be a permanent or fixed-term position, ideal for someone with a law background/education, strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a process-driven approach. The role can be offered as a fixed-term position, suited to applicants who plan to pursue the SQE or a Training Contract in September 2027, and have an interest in gaining broader insight into the legal job market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify legal job openings in the US market, utilising recruiter tech platforms, and prioritising key clients and busy practice areas.
  • Tracking active searches for star candidates that the recruitment team have outlined.
  • Proactively sourcing prospective candidates and sending messages via LinkedIn and tech platforms.
  • Calling prospective candidates to arrange meetings/calls with senior consultants and Manager.
  • Managing responses from candidates while team is offline and scheduling calls.
  • Adding candidates to the CRM system, maintaining accurate candidate records.
  • Researching US legal news and preparing LinkedIn/website posts, working alongside the marketing team.

Skills & Experience

  • Law background/education.
  • Comfortable speaking to people of all seniorities on the phone.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities.
  • Fast learner with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow instructions and adhere to processes.
  • Tech proficiency.
  • Ability to research articles and write posts relating to those articles.
  • Previous experience in recruitment delivery, resourcing, or candidate generation.
  • Experience in cold calling and cold outreach.
  • Understanding of the US legal market.
