The Firm
Our client, a leading US law firm, are seeking a Junior Executive Assistant to support their Corporate team in their London office.
The Opportunity
The successful Junior Executive Assistant will provide administrative and secretarial support to multiple Partners and Senior EAs within their Corporate team. The role requires meticulous attention to detail and a proactive and can-do attitude towards work. This role would suit an experienced Legal Secretary/PA who is looking for that next step in their career!
Duties to include:
- Managing diaries and organising meetings/appointments across various time zones
- Arranging travel and preparing detailed itineraries
- Producing and editing documents, reports, correspondence and presentations
- Checking and amending narratives, disbursements, and VAT
- Managing billing and compliance processes
- Handling new client/matter forms
This Junior Executive Assistant position is a full-time, permanent role, working Monday - Friday, 9:30am - 5:30pm.
Requirements
At least 4/5 years Legal Secretary/PA experience within a law firm
Experience supporting Partners/Fee Earners within a Corporate team in a law firm (desirable)
