Birchrose Associates is working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm, in the search for a Fully Remote Locum Family Solicitor to join their team in East Anglia on an immediate basis. Our client is a respected regional law firm with a strong reputation across the area. Their Family department advises clients on a broad range of children matters and is supported by an experienced and collaborative team.
The successful Family Locum will provide support during a 3 Month period, managing a caseload of:
- Private Children matters
- Domestic Abuse cases
- Legal Aid
The firm instructs Counsel to undertake advocacy, therefore there is no requirement for the successful locum to conduct advocacy work. This role is based in East Anglia and can be undertaken on a fully remote basis. Hybrid working is also available if preferred.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced Family Locum
- Legal Aid/Public Children experience is essential
