The Firm is a Top 40, International law firm seeking an Executive Assistant to support their Commercial Litigation department in their City of London office.
The successful Executive Assistant will provide Fee Earners with effective, pro-active, professional and high quality support, including:
- Arranging the booking of meeting rooms, video conference facilities, cars, refreshments, restaurants, etc.
- Management of Fee Earners’ inboxes when they are out of the office, monitoring and responding to post and/or emails.
- Organising travel arrangements, booking and confirmation of reservations, flights, hotels, car transfers, ordering currency and expense claims, and producing detailed itineraries.
- Typing and drafting client correspondence.
- Coordinating the billing process on behalf of the Fee Earners.
This Executive Assistant opportunity is a full time, permanent role, working Monday – Friday, 9. Previous experience in a Legal PA/Executive Assistant role is essential, along with experience supporting a Commercial Litigation team within a law firm. Strong skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint are required.
Hybrid working (3 days based in the office and 2 days working from home) is offered, along with an excellent benefits package.
