Opportunity for an ambitious Employment NQ to join a leading Media & Entertainment Firm in the city.

The Firm

Our client is a leading London law firm with an excellent reputation in the city for a multitude of their specialist departments. They have established themselves as market-leaders in Employment Law in the city and are recognised by the Legal Directories for the work on behalf of both Employers and Senior Execs. The team are now looking to hire an Employment NQ to join their busy team.

Vacancy

The team are known for managing employment issues arising in the creative and media industries including broadcasting, theatre, film and TV, music, interactive entertainment, sport and fashion. They provide advice on a full range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters including:

  • Difficulties in employment relationships
  • Recruitment and termination of employment
  • Day-to-day HR issues
  • Employment contracts and policies
  • Employment claims in the Employment Tribunal and High Court
  • Disciplinary and grievance investigations
  • Discrimination and harassment claims

They have an impressive client-base and act for fast-growing startup companies through to high-profile social media personalities. Whilst the firm can provide top quality work, they pride themselves on being able to promote a genuinely authentic work-life balance which is reflected through their chargeable hours being 1300.

Requirements

  • Employment Solicitor qualified in 2024 or due to qualify in September 2025
  • Must have completed at least one Employment seat
  • Experience at a reputable firm in London
