Opportunity for a Derivatives & Structured Products Solicitor to join an international, Top 35 law firm in their London office at either Associate or Senior Associate level.

Vacancy
They are recognised as market-leaders in Derivatives & Structured Products in London and are led by a leading Partner who is recognised as an expert in the field. The team advises private equity and financial sponsors, pension schemes, banks, insurers, asset managers, corporates, fintechs and funds on all aspects of their derivatives and bespoke structured financing arrangements.
As a Derivatives Associate or Senior Associate, you would be involved in advising on:
- Derivatives, repo, securities lending, debt capital market instruments, margin lending and insurance-wrapped solutions
- Hedging of interest rate, FX, inflation, equity, credit, commodity, longevity and other key market risks
- Investment management, LDI/CDI strategies, custody, cryptoasset exchange platforms and clearing
- EMIR, SFTR, CSDR and related regulation
- Pension funding solutions
